Who processes your data
The controller is MBR kolektiv d.o.o., Sv. Ćirila i Metoda 2, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, company ID (OIB) 40718792615.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not required for our activity and size.
What data we collect
This site is informational. We ask for no registration, keep no user accounts and sell nothing through the site.
Data you send us yourself. If you write to us by e-mail, we process what you put in the message — usually your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry.
Technical data. The server automatically records the IP address, time of visit, browser type and page visited. This is the standard log of any web server and serves security and fault-finding.

Consent is the basis because you chose to write to us. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry correspondence — up to one year from the last message, then deleted.
- Server logs — kept briefly, for as long as the hosting provider retains them, and used only for security and fault-finding.
- Price list archive — at least 30 days from each publication, as required by the rules on price display. It contains no personal data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Access, to the extent necessary for the site to run, is held by the hosting provider, whose servers are in Croatia. We may also disclose data to the competent authorities where the law requires it.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. The site carries no analytics and no content embedded from third-party servers.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies — those without which the site does not work: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms from misuse. These do not require consent.
We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking visitors beyond this site.
We do not use a cookie to remember your language — the language is part of the page address.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The public part of the site will continue to work.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:
- request access to the data we hold about you,
- request rectification of inaccurate data,
- request erasure of the data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- request portability of the data,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
